Name: Park and 11th Rowhouses

Status: Workers are framing three of the new homes. Plans call for four units total.

Price: The development includes two price tiers. A three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath townhome costs $149,900, while a two-bedroom, one-and-a-half bath house costs $129,900.

Features: Back deck and on-street parking. Oak hardwood, 9-foot ceilings, crown molding, maple cabinets, appliances included, except for fridge. Main level includes open floor plan, great room flows into kitchen. Energy Star windows, upgraded insulation packages with airtight sealing and high-efficiency HVAC systems. Exterior will consist of Hardie board and brick. Pre-wired for security systems. Stainless steel appliances. Ceramic tile floors in kitchen and bath, tile surrounds in the showers.

Amenities: The biggest selling point is the affordability of it and the closeness to downtown. Homes include a view of Lookout Mountain from the back side.
