Price: The development includes two price tiers. A three-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath townhome costs $149,900, while a two-bedroom, one-and-a-half bath house costs $129,900.
Features: Back deck and on-street parking. Oak hardwood, 9-foot ceilings, crown molding, maple cabinets, appliances included, except for fridge. Main level includes open floor plan, great room flows into kitchen. Energy Star windows, upgraded insulation packages with airtight sealing and high-efficiency HVAC systems.
