Part of Injustice Sonya Sotomayor's statement:

"As members of the judiciary tasked with intervening to carry out the guarantee of equal protection, we ought not sit back and wish away, rather than confront, the racial inequality that exists in our society,"

Attention Injustice Sonya Sotomayor:

Michigan does that, The Michigan law bars publicly funded colleges from granting -

"preferential treatment to any individual or group on the basis of race, sex, color, ethnicity or national origin."

How could Injustice Sonya Sotomayor rule that a law against discrimination is somehow unconstitutional unless she has a Liberal/Socialist mindset holding contempt for our Constitution for which she has sworn to uphold?

Injustice Sonya Sotomayor was an affirmative action pick. She, like all the other Liberals holds to a "living, breathing" interpretation of the Constitution.

She lives and breathes Liberalism and Socialism so she will rule as such in spite of what a law reads.

She will continue to show contempt for the Constitution by ruling according to her Liberal/Socialist view of social justice.

And she will do so as long as she lives and breathes.

Looks like some of the regular Atheists called in sick. Enough did show up to have a quorum.

Same club of Atheists. There is sure to be some late arrivals. The membership does not seem to be growing and that is a good thing.

In fact I have noticed an absence of some of the old heathens.

Since Mr. Cook is a huge Liberal it is easy for me to anticipate where he is going when he writes. Like today, all I had to do was read the first sentence or two.

He is against the death penalty so he made the electric chair seem barbaric. Right?

I did do a page search to see if the word "stoning" appeared. Did not see it.

I, like God, would be for stoning. This type of public execution would stop so much of the murder and raping and child molestation that goes on in this country. Would be criminals would surely cringe when they saw one of their own experiencing death by repeated blows to the criminal's body.

What a deterrent that would surely be!

Hey lkeithlu, since you were a member of a "church" I doubt even you could make such a statement.

Mr. Anthony Provancher

Last night you made one of the most ignorant statements I have ever read:

"Christianity is not supported in the Bible."

You then followed that with:

"Sir, you can call me arrogant all day long, but I am hardly ignorant"
