EPB is an excellent local utility and provides an excellent fiber optics. It is only a matter of time before they dominate the local cable, internet industry.

I still say based on the information I have seen. She was upset ran off the mountain and was ejected or crawled out. If they find her body close by then it is highly likely that it was an accident. The only other options are (a)She was murdered and the car was run off the hill to try and make it look like an accident which almost never works out well for the murderer. (b) She was killed and disposed of elsewhere and the car was ran off the hill to hide it which would really be stupid. This is what I am willing to bet. No body the husband will be arrested almost immediately. A body they will examine the scene and the body with a microscope and turn every possible stone and if they deternmine she was dead before the car went off the road. The husband goes to jail. If they determine it was an unfortunate accident. The husband sues a bunch or media and other folks and does not have to worry about getting another job.

Come on guys people run off the side of roads all the time. Just in the last year they found a lady that was missing since 1950 from Polk County in the lake. Come to find out she had run off the road. The chances are she was upset she accidentally ran off the road. The other option is he killed her and ran it off the road. I am inclined to think it is option 1. The guy may have been having sex with other women and abusing company time as well as money. All that does not make him a murdered.

I do not think it was a news worthy story. This happens every Friday and Saturday somewhere and if the published every story like this the paper would be 300 pages thick and no one would read it. This is Chattanooga Enquirer matertial.

Harry your post is great. I do not know what you are saying is true but still funny.

This is what I see the problem with this law being. In the past 3-4 years I have been in an ongoing civil dispute with the city of Rossville. They have in return taken 12 criminal charges against me of which none has gone to court and 9 of them have been outright dismissed. It will be easy for the cops to charge someone that they do not like or has evidence of misconduct and then go back and re-charge them in order to keep them in jail and shut them up. It will be used politically to retaliate against political opponents and general glad flys that speak out against the current regime. The law is a bad law and I feel is blatant violation of the constsitution. I would expect it will be made null and void by some federal court soon.

This may be a good sign. The city should have helped a person like him in the first place instead of handing out free money to a well connected group of people. Sounds like the Potters may have gotten in the middle and ended up with a return on their investment at the tax payers expense. No matter what I am hopefull the guy does well and if he has lot of experience he probably will.

Jack. It does stink. There was pay offs and kick back left and right on that deal.

Sounds like you are sick of it all tne roys deal as well as the peerless deal and should be. I would be perfectly happy for there to be a positive change and I not be involved.

As for leasing space we did get space in Chattanooga. We also got space in June in Memphis. Was looking at space in Dalton a few months back. I am in Atlanta now working on space. So if someone took that we acquired space elsewhere as meaning Rossville metals moved out of Rossville they are wrong. Rossville Metals has a 20 year lease at Peerless and we intend on using all 20 years.

The bottom line is Rossville wasted tax dollars on Roys. They created a bad situation with me at Peerless. I am just the messenger the one guy that had the guts to stand up. So don't shoot me for speaking out about the truth. Hopefully I have made enough people mad that they will force a positive change
