that is how our justice system is..It's sad. I was struck by a teenager from Signal Mountaint on the 'W' road whom admitting to looking at her cell phone when she crossed the yellow line and hit us head on, we were on a motorcyle. I am in a wheelchair after 11 surgeries..the teenager got a small fine and court costs from what I understand. Such a careless, senseless MVA...such as this one is..At least I am alive...so tragic of biker's death as a result of another careless, senseless MVA..
