I agree that he was hijacked from office, what ever happened to innocent until proven guilty in this country?. This was nothing more than politicians who did not agree with Blagojevich, and got him out of office, lets hope he turns state witness and Obama and Burris wind up in jail for their part in this matter. The FBI wouldn't have released the wiretap with Blagojevich and Obama, unless there is something to it, that one conversation, when the have hundreds of hours, they did it to show the american people that Obama is not the savior they think he is. He is just anothe crooked politician from Chicago, where the mob has had influence in the politics since the days of Al Capone and Bugs Moran.

They should have given her the death penalty, that is the only way to sto these senseless killings. Memphis used to be a nice town, it is one of the most featured towns on the First 48, which goes to show that it's reputation as a murder town, is realistic. I stayed there on business and had the mirrow on my vehicle smashed, and heard gunshots throught the night. I switched hotels, and made sure that was the last trip I made to Memphis.

This is shameful that the police shot and killed the dog, they could have used non lethal methods, such as pepper spray, baton or taser. I hope that the internal affairs branch of the Chattanooga police investigates and writes a letter of reprimand and place it in the officer's personnel file. The only reason this dog attacked the officer, was because of the owner being in an altercation with the officer, whose first response is to shoot, makes you wonder if perhaps the officer is gun happy, and was just waiting for the chance to shoot something, anything.

There is no reason for people such as Donald Trump to be filing bankruptcy, especially a third time. Every seven to eight years Trump either files for one of his businesses or himself, while he jets around the world with thousands of dollars in pocket change. I hope the bankruptcy court takes everything and leaves him with only a couple thousand, and have to work, like regular people do. This is ridiculous, when people of this statutre is filing bankrupty, when it is unnecessary.

It is sad that American companies are resorting to methods such as these to save the jobs of other workers, who would loose their position, and maybe wind up homeless as a result. The Stimulus Bill that Barack Obama is pushing through Congress is going to create a financial crisis that our great grandchildren will still be paying on at their retirements. The next step will be to increase taxes, it will be a couple of months down the road, but Obama will call it the American's contribution to their country. The unemployment is the highest it has been since 1992, and was tied with 1974 last week. The jobs that Obama has promised, will do nothing to lower the unemployment rate, as those who die and retire will supercede the jobs that Barack Obama has promised.

How can the Jewish people deny that they Holocast happened, they were a minimum of 6,000,000 people that were killed at the hands of Adolph Hitler and Joseph Mengele, who killed and tortured Jewish people. Mengele also performed experiments on them, and even experimented on Germans who were mentally disabled. The Jewish people have a heritage that they should be proud of instead of trying to deny that something of this magnitude took place.

There is no reason to be releasing students from school early, because of the weather. The children is this area are out of school for various reasons, that defy logic and common sense. Kids in the northern states, attend school, when the weather is at zero degrees and it is snowing,and have become accustomed to it, southern states could take an example from their attendence in adverse weather. There is only an advisory on the weather and not a warning, there is the possibility that the storm could track north or south and miss these areas all together. First, it was chicken manure at Rhea County High School, and now an advisory on the weather, in Bradley County, and Cleveland City Schools, however, you are doing a fine job of teaching them to be paranoid and uncertain. Key leadership qualities if they should ever want to run for an elected post. Last month school was cancelled during the Martin Luther King Holiday and Barack Obama Inauguration, because school officials claimed it was too cold, these individuals need to be replaced with those who have the sense to have the children go to school, and not panic at the first cloud in the sky, or because the thermometer dips below 30 degrees, the kids need an education, not lessons on how to panic.

This is another fine example of greed and corruption, by the owners and upper management of businesses across the country. I guess this guy couldn't wait for his stimulus money, and scammed other people, because car sales were down and this guy was accustomed to certain lifestyle and the money wasn't coming from car sales, so he had to think of another scam to get the money. These people do these unconscienable acts with no care or concern about the other people in their lives that will be affected by the greed. Employees and suppliers for these dealerships, will also be affected by the greed of this individual. Who after closing his Dayton, Tennessee dealership due to poor sales and the slumping economy, is able to provide $2,000,000 for his bail, there is no doubt that he has a passport and funds to flee the country. There was no way that the magistrate should have left this individual out on bail, he is the very definition of flight risk, and there are countries that will not extradite for financial crimes, so if this guy winds up in the wind, it is no surprise. There is also the outside chance that Barack Obama will pardom him, like Bill Clinton pardoned Marc Rich, who was a fugitive, and hadn't been convicted yet for his crimes, one of the key critera for Presidential pardons.

This goes to the saying "all the smart guys are in jail or prison, and all the bad guys are in the hospital or cemetery". What can you do when the criminals are making it easier and easier to capture them after they committ a crime. What do you do, when a criminal leaves everything but a bread crumb trail to their door at the crime scene? Then to only get $400, shows that this guy knows nothing about bank robbery, but somewhere during his 20 year sentence, he can be properly schooled by his fellow inmates.

This is a prime example of governmental waste that needs to be stopped. While I have sympathy for the families having lost a loved one, they should have returned those to the municipality that issued them. Instead of them feeling that they are entitled to them. With the state of the economy, government agencies and municipalities need to investigate and stop this frivilous spending. Or else stop asking for tax increases to support their waste of taxpayers's money. Many American taxpayers didn't receive bonuses or gift certificates, but layoff and termination notices in with their paycheck.
