I believe that if any automobile driver sees another car stopped or slowing down on any road, he/she should stop or slow down for the simple reason that there is a reason for the stoppage or slowdown. I am a friend of Brice and his brother and their family. This accident could have been prevented. How was it determined so quickly that this was an unfortunate accident? I trust that the driver in question pray for forgiveness and promise to drive more carefully in the future.
