According to the driver of the vehicle stopped for him, a driver came out of a parking lot at about 40 miles per hour...I find this very disrespectful to my friend, and to his family that your putting it like its his fault. Should he be sorry for getting in the way of that careless driver ? Or sorry he was epileptic, and couldn't drive ? I'm confused here.
